At GameSalad, we firmly believe you should be able to “try before you buy”, and this is one reason we offer a time-limited full-featured trial version.

We also encourage prospective subscribers to check out our forums and the rest of this knowledge base to help answer any pre-sale questions you may have.  We also strongly encourage you to use the help button in the lower-right of every page if you need help – a real person will help you!

With all this said, if you ever decide that you no longer wish to use GameSalad, you may check the details of your subscription, upgrade, cancel or put your account on hold by using the Account Settings page.  Please note that you will not receive a prorated refund if you choose to cancel; you may continue using it until the account expiration date, at which time you will no longer be able to use GameSalad Creator.

You may reactivate your account at any time to resume access to GameSalad; your projects and data stored in your portfolio will be safely stored.
