The first payment is made at the time of purchase. If you choose the annual plan, this payment covers 12 months from your subscription date. So, if you started a subscription on March 15th, 2015, your first payment covers until March 14th, 2016. You can start using all your GameSalad membership benefits immediately after your payment is processed. All subsequent annual payments are charged to your account on the anniversary date using the payment method on file.

If you choose the monthly plan, you will be charged the monthly price at time of purchase, and will be charged each month on the anniversary of the purchase date.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time by visiting the Account Settings page.  Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription term, at which time your account will no longer function and you will not be able to use Creator.

GameSalad does not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription terms.
